Full-time employees working 25 hours a week or more are eligible for the following benefits.
Those eligible may choose to cover a spouse and any dependent 26 or under.

HealthLines Wellness Program

Keeping healthy pays off. With HealthLines, you’re rewarded for things like getting your biometric screening, not smoking, participating in various wellness programs and other activities. Points earned apply towards gifts and can even lower your medical-plan premiums.


With this optional benefit, you can consult with a physician anytime, day or night, via phone or online videoconfrencing. Telemedicine doctors can diagnose and even prescribe medications during your session.


Our benefits include an extensive and flexible provider network. Preventative care is covered 100 percent, with 80 percent covered on most treatments after meeting a reasonable deduction. We also offer flexible options, including orthodontic coverage.


Our affordable eye-care plan, through EyeMed, provides savings on contact, frames, lenses and more.

Health Savings Account

With this health savings account (HSA), money is deposited tax-free, accumulates tax-free, and can be used tax-free towards qualifying medical services. Unused funds roll over into the next year.

Employee Life Insurance/AD&D

For every full-time employee, CE Power offers a fully-funded $20,000  term life policy through Lincoln Financial Group. This policy also includes Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance, which pays a benefit equal to your group term life insurance amount. Travel assistance and identity theft benefits are included for free. Employees can also choose to purchase additional insurance for themselves or their dependents at competitive group rates.

To provide additional security, short- and long-term disability is also offered through Lincoln Financial Group, providing up to 60 percent of your income. Maternity is treated like any other disability.

Paid Time Off

401(k) Plan

CE Power will match up to 100 percent of your contribution, up to 3 percent of gross wages, then 50 percent up to the next 2 percent of gross wages.
